چکیده فارسی: هدف این تحقیق، تعیین میزان اثر بخشی دوره­های تربیت و تعالی در قرارگاه بازسازی و مهندسی خاتم الانبیا است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر روش گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کارکنان قرارگاه مرکزی و یگانهای تابع تشکیل داده­اند که حداقل چهار ماه از شرکت آنان در این دوره­ها گذشته بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 210 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونه­گیری مورد استفاده، طبقه­ای تصادفی بوده است و برای گردآوری داده­های تحقیق از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. با مراجعه مستقیم به افراد نمونه، پرسشنامه بین آنان توزیع و تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از شاخصهای مرکزی و پراکندگی و آزمونهای آماری کولموگروف، فریدمن و آزمون t استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اهداف دوره­های تربیت و تعالی قرارگاه در همه ابعاد مربوط بیش از 82 درصد محقق شده است. بیشترین میزان تحقق اهداف به ترتیب به احساس تغییر روحیه فراگیران با 2/84 درصد، بهبود وضعیت معنوی با 8/83 درصد، بصیرت با 4/82 و وضعیت انجام کار با 82 درصد مربوط بوده است.

Determining the Effectiveness of Spiritual and Excellence Training Courses for Employees

English Abstract: This research is aimed at determining the effectiveness of training and excellence courses in Khatam-ol-Anbia Reconstruction and Engineering Center. This applied research follows a descriptive-survey method for data collection. The statistical population of the study consists of the employees of the central headquarters and subordinate units, having passed at least four months in these courses after admission. Using Morgan table, we selected a sample of 210 people through stratified random sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect the research data. Questionnaires were distributed among people in the sample by direct attendance. Central and dispersion indices and Kolmogorov, Friedman and t-test were used for data analysis. The results indicated that the goals of training and excellence courses were more than 82% in all dimensions. The highest ranks of training achievements related to the changing the morale of learners with 84.2%, improvement of spiritual conditions with 83.8%, insight with 82.4% and the status of performance with 82%.
