چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر با هدف دستیابی به مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر مبنای سیره معصومان(ع) انجام شده است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، ابتدا مفهوم مهارت‌های ارتباطی از دیدگاه علوم جدید و سپس از دیدگاه معصومان(ع) تجزیه و تحلیل شدهتا بدین ترتیب قالبی معین برای استخراج و تبیین مهارت‌های ارتباطی از سیره معصومان(ع) فراهم آید، سپس با جستجو در احادیث و روایات برجامانده از معصومان(ع) به مجموعه‌ای از مهارت‌ها در دو بخش کلامی و غیر کلامی دست یافتیم که در بهبود روابط بین‌فردی مؤثر و با اهمیت‌اند. پرسش‌هایی که این پژوهش در پی پاسخگویی به آنهاست چنین است: 1. مفهوم مهارت‌های ارتباطی چیست؟ 2. مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر مبنای سیره معصومان(ع) کدام است؟ حاصل تحقیق، دستیابی به ده مهارت کلامی و پنج مهارت غیر کلامی در روابط بین‌فردی بر مبنای سیره معصومان(ع) بوده است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی ‐ نظری است و با روش توصیفی ‐ تحلیلی انجام شده. روش تجزیه و تحلیل مطالب نیز به صورت عقلانی ‐ منطقی است. در این پژوهش از روش کتابخانه‌ای و فیش‌برداری برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است.
Investigation into Interpersonal Commuicative Skills in Innocents (Peace be upon him) Way
English Abstract: The present study is aimed to achieve communicative skills based on innocent's way (peacc be upon him). To achieve this, communicative skills are firstly analysed through new science prospective and then through innocents view points to win defined framework for detecting communicative skills from innocents (peace be upon him) way, then by inrvestigation in innocents (peace be upon him) anccdotes and traditions, we found a cllection of verbal and non-verbal skills which are impressire and important in improrement of interpersonal relationships. The questions which are going to be answered in this study are: 1. What are communicative skills? 2. What are innocents communicative skills? The result hare shown ten verbal skills and fire non-verbal skills in interpersonal relations based on innocents (peace be upon him) way. The present survey is substantive-conceptual survey and performed through descripitive-analytic method. The subjects are also analysed in intellectual - rational schedule. The information are collected throngh library and card method.
