مطالعه حاضر در پی تبیین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رفتار مسئولانه معلمان میباشد. در این راستا از مدل تعدیل یافتهی رفتار مسئولانه بهره گرفته شد و پژوهشی از نوع همبستگی طراحی گردید. معلمان مقاطع ابتدایی استان خوزستان در سال 1393، به‌عنوان جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. از این شمار، 377 تن به‌عنوان نمونهی آماری در 9 شهر استان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای گزینش شدند. ابزار اصلی جمعآوری اطلاعات در مطالعهی حاضر پرسشنامهای محقق ساخت بود که پایایی و روایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و بازبینی توسط تیمی از متخصصان مورد ارزیابی و تائید قرار گرفت. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از نرمافزارهایSPSS (V 20) وAMOS (V 20) پردازش شدند. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، نشان از برازش مطلوب چهارچوب نظری مطالعه داشت و مهم‌ترین عامل تأثیرگذار بر رفتار زیستمحیطی معلمان عامل هنجار ذهنی بود.
Explaining the Environmental Responsive Behavior of Elementary Schools’ Teachers; Application of Structural Equation Modelling
English Abstract: The present study sought to determine the factors affecting the responsible behavior of elementary school teachers. In this respect the modified model of responsible behavior was used and, a correlational survey was conducted. All elementary school teachers in Khuzestan province in 2014 formed the statistical population. Samples of 377 people were selected in 9 cities by stratified sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire then analyzed by SPSS (version 20) and AMOS (version 20). The face validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed respectively by a panel of experts, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients. Using structural equation modeling, the fitting the theoretical framework of this study was tested. The results showed good fit of the theoretical framework of the study. The results revealed the most important affecting factor on environmental behavior of the elementary school teachers of Khuzestan province was the factor subjective norm.
