چکیده فارسی: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی مشکلات مشارکت دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان فارس در فعالیت­های پژوهشی، ارائه راه­حل مناسب، می­پردازد. روش تحقیق،توصیفی – پیمایشی بود. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. در مصاحبه از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند در حد اشباع نظری و جهت پر کردن پرسشنامه از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی صوری و سازه و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمد که آلفای کلی پرسشنامه 91/0 بود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 5 مولفه تعهد، بسترسازی، انگیزه، عملکرد، علاقه­مندی و ساختار را به عنوان مولفه­های مشکلات مشارکت دانشجویان در نظر گرفت. همچنین تحلیل عاملی تائیدی به کمک نرم افزار AMOS نیز نشان از برازش مطلوب مدل 5 عاملی داشت. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که عامل بستر سازی دارای اولین اولویت و عامل ساختار دارای رتبه پنجم می­باشد. در پایان دانشجویان و اعضای هیات علمی برخی راه حل ها از جمله تاسیس و تقویت کتابخانه­ها و آزمایشگاه ها و دسترسی به منابع اطلاعاتی را جهت مشارکت در فعالیت های پژوهش پیشنهاد دادند.

Studying the problems of student participation in research activities

English Abstract: The present study investigates the problems of student participation in research activities in Farhangiyan University. The research method was descriptive – survey. The research instrument, interviews and a questionnaire were designed. In the interview, purposeful sampling; theoretical saturation and for gathering data from questionnaire, simple random method was used. Construct and content validity and cronbach's alpha were used to assess validity and reliability which alpha coefficient was 0.91. By using exploratory factor analysis, five components of commitment, requirements, motivation, performance, interest were identified   as components of students' participation hinders in research activities. The confirmatory factor analysis by using AMOS software also was confirmed good fitness of the model. Friedman test showed that requirements and structure has first and last priority respectively. Finally; Students and faculty members offered some solutions to participate theme in research activities including the development and strengthening of libraries & laboratories and access to informational resources.
