چکیده فارسی: امروزه با نقش شگرف رسانه در جوامع بشری و تأثیر آن در انتقال اطلاعات و افکار، باید توجه داشت که رسانه علاوه بر تأثیرات مثبت، می‌تواند با تبلیغ جرم و فساد، هرزگی و خشونت، موجب افزایش جرایم و انحرافات در جامعه گردد. در نگاه جرم‌شناسانه، یکی از تأثیرات منفی رسانه، گسترش بی‌بند و باری در جامعه است که در چند دهه اخیر با گسترش رسانه‌های جهانی و خارج از کنترل دولت‌ها، مانند ماهواره و اینترنت، این معضل در جامعه، مصادیق بیشتری یافته است. از جمله مصادیق بیبندوباری می‌توان به فرار از خانه و روابط جنسی آزاد و اعتیاد جنسی اشاره کرد که رسانه نقش بسیار مؤثری بر این پدیده‌ها می‌تواند داشته باشد. مقاله حاضر به بررسی این دو معضل اجتماعی می‌پردازد و از آن‌جا که فرار از خانه در قانون، جرم‌انگاری نشده است و صرفاً انحراف تلقی می‌شود، و نیز مقدمات مجازی روابط نامشروع در اینترنت و ماهواره غالباً از کنترل قانونی خارج است، لذا پیشنهاد می‌کند که دولت، مردم، خانواده و رسانه‌ها، با استفاده از فرهنگ‌سازی و آموزش، تلاشی همگانی برای مقابله با این مفاسد و جایگزین سازی آن با برنامه ها و تفریحات سالم، داشته باشند.
The Effect of Media on Spread of Corruption &Related Solutions
English Abstract: In multimediated world, crime, violence corruptions are fundamentally mediatised phenomena. Similarly, to the extent that virtually all thoughts & human experiences today are inseparable from mediatized experiences A critical investigation of media & crime, acknowledges that everything in the late modern world are mediatized. In addition to the positive impact of media on human experience, it might lead to numerous examples of crimes & corruption in society. In recent decades international media such as satellite &internet are out of control of legal procedure, and we have been witnessing the emergence & development of mediatized crime It can be noted that running away from home, having illegal sexual relation, and cybersex are some examples of mediatized crime. The present article studies these two types of social corruption. As running away from home is not regarded a crime and is just considered corruption, it proposes that by teaching cultural values, & social construction of human consciousness, the government &the people make an attempt to fight against such social corruption & replace healthy & safe entertainment for the well being of society
