چکیده فارسی: توجه به وضعیت اشتغال زنان و هدایت آنها به بازار کار می‌تواند زمینه بهره‌گیری بهتر جامعه از این نیروی بالقوه را به فعل آورد. به همین دلیل، مجموعه عواملی که می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز مشارکت هرچه بیشتر این جمعیت توانمند در عرصه‌های اقتصادی اجتماعی کشور باشد از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار است. مقاله حاضر در پی شناخت عوامل مؤثر و موانع اشتغال زنان و تعیین نقش این قشر از جامعه در اقتصاد کشور و سهم ایشان در نیروی کار شاغل می‌باشد. در این مقاله همچنین جایگاه زن و نقش اقتصادی او در جامعه از دیدگاه دین مبین اسلام و نیز تبیین مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر بر اشتغال زنان ایرانی در ابعاد مختلف اندیشه دینی و سیستم حقوقی موجود بررسی شده است.
Effects of Women's Employment and Their Role in the Development of Society
English Abstract: Women's employment in society is important that's why society should make good use of women and they should be encouraged to participate more in the workforce .Priority should be given to the elements which can prepare the situation to help women participate more in the economic and social arena of the country. This article's aim is to highlight the positive points regarding women's employment and the hurdles which are faced during this process and the positive outlook of women in the workforce and specify their role in society. Also the influence of women in the workplace and on society from an Islamic and Legal point of view are studied.
