چکیده فارسی: حضرت علی (ع) در لابلای برخی سخنانش پدیده نفاق را که جامعه آن حضرت به شدت گرفتار آن بود، بیان فرموده اند. ایشان تمام گرفتاری خود را در مواجهه با کارگزاران و خواص و مردم، منافق می‌داند.یکی از موانع اصلی الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی وجود منافقین در تصمیم سازی های کشور بوده اند.هدف از انجام این پژوهش پاسخ به این پرسش است که راهکارهای مقابله با پدیده نفاق در الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی با تاکید بر آموزه های نهج البلاغه چیست؟ پژوهشگران با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون با نرم افزار MAXQDA ،داده های حاصل از بیانات امام علی(ع) در نهج البلاغه را مفهوم سازی کرده اند و بر اساس این مفاهیم، مضامین اولیه شامل تفوق، امتیاز خاص، برتری بی جا، حق کشی ، هوشیاری، بینش، آگاهی ،گمان، تردید، ممانعت از پیشرفت کار و اخلال گری احصاء گردید.سپس مضامین سازمان دهنده شامل برتری جویی،حق ویژه، فرق قائل شدن، غرض ورزی،روشن بینی،دور اندیشی، دانایی،مشتبه سازی، دودلی،اختلال و اشکال تراشی به دست آمد. در نهایت،با ترکیب و ادغام مضامین فراگیر نزدیک به هم پنج راهکار پیشگیری از طبقه گرایی ، مبارزه با امتیازخواهی، بصیرت افزایی ،مقابله با شبهه افکنی ، جلوگیری از کارشکنی و خیانت استخراج گردید.

Analyzing the solutions to deal with the phenomenon of hypocrisy in the model of Iranian Islamic progress with an emphasis on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha

English Abstract: In some of his speeches, Hazrat Ali has mentioned the phenomenon of hypocrisy, which his society was severely affected by. He considers all his difficulties in dealing with agents, properties and people as hypocrites. One of the main obstacles of the Iranian Islamic development model has been the presence of hypocrites in the country's decision-making. What is hypocrisy in the model of Iranian Islamic progress with emphasis on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh? By using the theme analysis method with MAXQDA software, the researchers have conceptualized the data obtained from the statements of Imam Ali in Nahj al-Balaghe and based on these concepts, the primary themes include superiority, special privileges, undue superiority, , vigilance, insight, awareness, suspicion, doubt, hindering the progress of the work and disruption were counted. Then the themes of the organizer include superiority, special right, distinguishing, intentionality, insight, foresight, knowledge, suspicion, Hesitancy, disturbance and distortions were obtained. Finally, by combining and integrating the universal themes, five strategies for preventing classism, fighting privilege, increasing insight, fighting suspicion, preventing sabotage and betrayal were extracted.
