چکیده فارسی: معمولاً کشورها حسب منافع خود نسبت به حمایت از گروه‌های مختلف اقدام می‌نمایند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران از بدو تأسیس حمایت تمام قد خود از حرکات ضد رژیم صهیونیستی را اعلام کرده است. این پژوهش به روش تحلیلی-توصیفی درصدد بررسی این حمایت می‌باشد. سؤال پژوهش اینکه ماهیت اقدام مذکور از حیث فقهی، حقوقی و سیاسی چیست؟ چنین نتیجه شد که ازنظر فقهی لزوم حمایت از مظلومین مسلمان، ازنظر حقوقی حمایت از حق دفاع مشروع و همچنین عملیات پیشگیرانه، و در عرصه سیاسی مقابله با گسترش اشغالگری صهیونیست‌ها، مبنای این حمایت محسوب می‌گردد. باتوجه به وجود خصومت بین جمهوری اسلامی ایران و صهیونیست‌ها، با اقدامات حمایتی می‌توان رژیم صهیونیستی را به مشکلات مرزی محدود نمود تا فکر تجاوز به دیگر کشورها به ذهن خطور ننماید. از طرف دیگر مرزهای مجازی کشورمان توسعه‌یافته که می‌تواند برای امنیت کشور مفید ارزیابی گردد. درنهایت این‌که باتوجه به اولویت امنیت و اثر کلان و قابل‌توجه آن بر دیگر پارامترها، ضرورت حقوقی و سیاسی چنین ایجاب کرده که ضمن حمایت از گروه‌های ضداسرائیلی، بخشی از منابع مالی را به این مهم اختصاص داد.

Investigating the responsibility of the Islamic Republic of Iran to support Palestinian groups

English Abstract: Usually, countries support different groups according to their interests. Since its establishment, the Islamic Republic of Iran has declared its full support for the resistance against the Zionist regime. This research aims to investigate the legality of this responsibility by analytical-descriptive method. The research question is what is the Islamic-Iranian model of supporting resistance groups? The result is that the Islamic model of protection is not related to political issues and these protections are carried out according to the doctrine of Islamic human responsibility. But the model of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the Palestinian people has been in the direction of preventing the expansion of occupation and the development of virtual borders, which seems desirable. With this action, the Zionist regime can be limited to border problems so that the thought of encroaching on other countries does not come to mind. On the other hand, the virtual borders of our country have been developed, which can be considered useful for the country's security. Criticisms about allocating heavy budgets to these issues have proven with various statistics that such aid does not play a significant role in the current economic problems of the country.
