چکیده فارسی: این پژوهش با هدف تبیین جایگاه و کرامت زن در منظومه فکری اسلام، به واکاوی تحلیلی روایات «حب‌النساء» در بستر فقه تمدنی می‌پردازد. سؤال اصلی تحقیق این است که دلالت‌های معنایی این روایات در چارچوب فقه تمدنی چیست و چگونه می‌توان از آن‌ها برای ارتقای جایگاه زن در جامعه اسلامی بهره برد؟ روش پژوهش، ترکیبی از تحلیل معنایی نظام‌مند، سندپژوهی و فقه الحدیث است. در گام نخست، با تحلیل ساختار معنایی و شبکه‌ی واژگانی مرتبط با «حب‌النساء» در روایات، لایه‌های عمیق معنایی آن استخراج شده است. سپس، با بررسی سندی و محتوایی روایات، اعتبار و دلالت‌های فقهی آن‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های کلیدی نشان می‌دهد که روایات حب‌النساء فراتر از یک توصیه اخلاقی صرف، حاوی مبانی فقهی مهمی در خصوص کرامت ذاتی زن و حقوق مترتب بر آن هستند. این روایات، زن را عنصری محوری در قوام خانواده و جامعه معرفی کرده و بر لزوم تکریم و رعایت حقوق او تأکید دارند. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش حاکی از آن است که فقه تمدنی با اتکا بر این مبانی روایی، می‌تواند چارچوب نظری مستحکمی برای تدوین قوانین و سیاست‌های عادلانه در حوزه زنان فراهم آورد و به ارتقای عملی جایگاه زن در تمدن نوین اسلامی یاری رساند. این تحقیق با ارائه تحلیلی نوین از روایات حب‌النساء، راهکارهایی فقهی برای تحقق عدالت جنسیتی و بهره‌مندی از ظرفیت‌های زنان در ساخت جامعه‌ای پیشرفته و متعالی پیشنهاد می‌دهد.

Meaning Analysis of Hadiths on Hubb al-Nisa': Clarifying the Dignity of Women in Civilizational Fiqh

English Abstract: This research aims to precisely elucidate the status and dignity of women within Islam's intellectual framework. It delves into an analytical examination of "Hubb al-Nisa'" (love of women) narrations through the lens of civilizational jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Tamaddun). The core inquiry is: What are the semantic implications of these narrations in civilizational jurisprudence, and how can they elevate women's standing in Islamic society? The study employs a multi-faceted methodology, combining systematic semantic analysis, isnad (chain of narration) study, and Fiqh al-Hadith (jurisprudence of hadith). The initial phase involved a detailed semantic deconstruction of "Hubb al-Nisa'" to unearth its deeper meanings. This was followed by a rigorous evaluation of the narrations' authenticity and jurisprudential relevance, scrutinizing both their chains of transmission and content. Key findings reveal that "Hubb al-Nisa'" narrations are more than mere ethical recommendations. They contain foundational jurisprudential principles asserting women's inherent dignity and rights. These texts position women as pivotal pillars for family and societal flourishing, strongly emphasizing the imperative to honor them and uphold their rights.The research concludes that civilizational jurisprudence, grounded in these rich narrative foundations, can furnish a robust theoretical framework for crafting just laws and policies concerning women. This framework can significantly contribute to the practical advancement of women's status in the new Islamic civilization. This study offers a fresh perspective on "Hubb al-Nisa'" narrations, proposing concrete jurisprudential solutions for gender justice and leveraging women's capabilities to build a progressive society.
