چکیده فارسی: فرهنگ پیچیدهترین سیستم انسانی است که سرعت تغییرات آن روزافزون است. روندی شتابان در سراسر جهان بهوجود آمده است که در آن انسانها نسبت به گذشته بیشتر درگیر خودتحققبخشی فرهنگی هستند و فرهنگ اکتسابی در کنار رنگ باختن هویتهای بنیادین، برجستهتر میشود. دراینمیان، تغییرات به بسترهای اجتماعی وابسته است و ممکن است این تغییرات در ساختارهای جنسیتی/جغرافیایی متفاوت با افت و خیز همراه باشد. فرهنگ در جامعه ایران نیز در گیرودار سنت و نظارتهای هنجارهای رسمی و غیررسمی قرار دارد. دختران خوابگاهی در این میان در تقاطع این امر قرار دارند و زندگی و فرهنگپذیری آنان در خوابگاه بهطور مداوم در سیطره هنجارهای رسمی و غیررسمی قرار میگیرد. بههمین دلیل پژوهش حاضر سعی داشته است به بررسی زندگی و سازگاری فرهنگی دانشجویان دختر خوابگاهی دانشگاه یزد بپردازد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک، با 25 نفر از دختران دانشجوی خوابگاهی دانشگاه یزد مصاحبههای عمیق انجام شد. یافتهها در قالب مقولات فشارهای هنجاری هژمونیک، استراتژیهای کنترلگریزی، محدودیتهای زیست شهری، مدیریت تنش در گیت، مسئله آزادی، تجربههای زیسته مثبت خوابگاهی، ضرورت بازاندیشی در قوانین خوابگاهی، مرارتهای زندگی خوابگاهی و نظارتها و محدودیتهای سختگیرانه برساخت شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که دختران دانشجو در سراهای دانشجویی وضیعیت پارادوکسیکالی را تجربه میکنند، وضعیتی که آزادی را در کنار محدودیت قرار میدهد و این امر زندگی آنها را بهطور مستمر درگیر فرایندهای اجتماعی میکند.فرایندهایی که آنها را مستقیما به ساختارهای اجتماعی متصل میکند و این گرهخوردگی به ساختارهای اجتماعی و مواجهه بیواسطه آنان به نهادهای اجتماعی،فرایند سازگاری آنان را سریعتر و البته پروبلماتیکتر میکند.
Pendulum Cultural Adaptation, a Qualitative Study of the Difficulties of Dormitory Life among Girls in Yazd University Dormitories
English Abstract: Culture is the most complex human system, that changes day by day. There has been an accelerating trend worldwide in which humans are more involved in cultural self-actualization than in the past, and acquired culture is becoming more prominent alongside the fading of fundamental identities. Meanwhile, changes depend on social contexts, and these changes may be accompanied by ups and downs in different gender/geographical structures. Culture in Iranian society is also caught in the grip of tradition and the supervision of formal and informal norms. Dormitory girls are at the intersection of this, and their life and acculturation in the dormitory are constantly dominated by formal and informal norms. For this reason, the present study has attempted to examine the life and cultural adaptation of female students in the dormitory of Yazd University.Using thematic analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted with 25 female students living in Yazd University dormitories. The findings were structured in the following categories:hegemonic normative pressures, strategies for escaping control, constraints of urban life,managing tension at the gate,the issue of freedom,positive lived experiences in dormitories,the need to rethink dormitory rules,the hardships of dormitory life,and strict supervision and restrictions.The results of this study showed that female students in dormitories experience a paradoxical situation, a situation that places freedom alongside restrictions, and this continuously involves their lives in social processes.Processes that directly connect them to social structures, and this entanglement with social structures and their direct exposure to social institutions makes their adaptation process faster and, of course, more problematic.
