چکیده فارسی:
زمینه و هدف: دستیابی به آرمان‌های گام دوم انقلاب نیازمند پیشران هایی مانند معنویت و اخلاق است تا با َنفس معنوی و روحیه اخلاقی گام دوم انقلاب پیاده‌سازی شود به همین منظور این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی مفهومی معنویت و اخلاق برای پیاده‌سازی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در نیرو های مسلح مبتنی بر اندیشه های مقام معظم رهبری انجام شده است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر در پارادایم تفسیری و از منظر هدف کاربردی و نوع تحقیق کیفی و روش تحلیل داده های آن تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهت دار است. ابزار مورداستفاده نرم‌افزار تخصصی maxqda بوده که بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) بر اساس آن مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته و کدگذاری شده است .
یافته ها: پس از تحلیل بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) از سال‌های ۱۳۶۸ تا ۱۴۰۰ در حوزه معنویت و اخلاق و انجام سه مرحله کد گذاری، ۹۳ کد، ۳۷ زیر مقوله و ۷ مقوله در این پژوهش احصا شدند و پایایی یافته ها با روش هولستی محاسبه شد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری‌‌ها در بیانات امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی) در حوزه معنویت و اخلاق منجر به شکل‌گیری دو بعد اصلی: نمایه‌های ظاهری، نمایه‌های باطنی گردید که جهت‌دهنده به تصمیم‌گیران و برنامه‌ریزان در حوزه معنویت و اخلاق در گام دوم انقلاب است که باتوجه‌به شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای و میانجی، راهبردی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه‌شده است.
Identifying the dimensions and main components of spirituality and ethics in the implementation of the statement of the second step of the revolution in the armed forces; Presenting a conceptual model

For this purpose, this research from the perspective of the developmental goal and the type of qualitative research and the research method is thematic analysis, which is the method of analysis in this The research is based on the technique of content analysis and the tool used is the specialized software maxqda, based on which the statements of Imam Khamenei were analyzed and coded, and after analyzing the statements of Imam Khamenei from the years 1368 to 1400 in the field of spirituality and ethics and performing the steps Open, central and selective coding, 93 basic themes, 37 organizing themes and 7 comprehensive themes were found in this research and were validated by experts using the Delphi method. The results of the codings in the statements of Imam Khamenei in the field of spirituality and ethics led to the formation of two main dimensions: external profiles, internal profiles, which guide the decision makers and planners in the field of spirituality and ethics in the second step of the revolution, which according to the causal, contextual and mediating conditions , a strategy was developed and the final model was presented based on it.
